My li'l laptop has been around for, I think, 7 years.  I shouldn't complain that the screen only stays on for 5 minutes at a time now.

Anyway, compy is pretty much useless, except as a CD player.  I have to get a new one.

I saw a production of Arcadia last night.  Gosh, I love that play.

Today I don't want to read any books or watch any tv shows.  I just want to think about the themes in Arcadia and whether or not Gus was a time traveler.

So, the world is ending next Friday.  I'm not sure if the Mayans predicted the world's destruction or just the end of civilization.  I think i prefer world destruction since civilization ending can be so drawn out.

I was in Secaucus NJ for most of the week for a training seminar on tax software.  It was as exciting as it sounds.  But it's often in moments like these when you learn something about yourself that surprises you, that redefines who you are as a person.  I had such a moment of self discovery in Secaucus.
